STAGE 1

At the initial design consultation with our master jeweller we will discuss your design and gemstone requirements.

Whether you have a specific design in mind or would like to create an original design from scratch, our consultant is here to advise on every aspect of the design and purchasing process.

STAGE 2

Sourcing your gemstone; using our worldwide network of contacts we source your perfect gem. All our diamonds are conflict free and ethically sourced. All diamonds above 1/4 ct (25pts) can be certified by one of the world's most reputable diamond grading laboratories. You can also choose to remount sentimental diamonds.

Presentation of your design; we use the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) techniques and will present your design once complete for final approval.

It is at this stage the final cost is agreed and a 50% deposit will be taken.

STAGE 3

Once we have agreed on the style and proportions of your design and sourced your ideal gem, our master jeweller will bring your piece to life

If required a 3D print of your design can be produced. You can view the 3D print at this stage to confirm it is exactly as you desired.

If required we can also make final adjustments at this stage, an invaluable procedure to guarantee satidfaction.

STAGE 4

Preparation, setting and finishing

Once we have the casting in the metal you require, the piece is meticulously hand finished with pride and your gemstone is set in place and completed to an exquisite standard.

STAGE 5

Your individual commission is valued for insurance purposes and we proudly present your completed piece of jewellery to you to treasure.
