Our Retail shop will be opening on Thursday 3rd December.

So why not book a Exclusive Shopping Time Slot and see what we can do to help make Christmas 2020 Sparkle

Our opening times are:

Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

Tuesday - Friday: 10.00am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 9.00am- 5.00pm

We are asking for all our visting customers to support us by making an appointment to reduce waiting times outside the store, if possible, as we are limited to a maximium of 3 customers inside. This includes collecting and dropping items into us. This is to ensure that our staff and customers are kept safe.

People who have booked an appoinment using our "Exclusive Shopping Experience Service" will have priority in our showroom.

We will continue to operate by appointment only for BESPOKE DESIGN consultations.

Unfortuntely, we will not be taking in any repairs until the new year. This is to allow our jewellers to clear the back-log of wedding orders.

We will still be offering ring cleaning and plating service. You can either book an appointment to drop your ring in ( 7 day turn around ) or you can book a while you wait service (you will have to wait off-site while we do it)

We will still be offering consultations through zoom (please call to arrange) Payments and Orders can still be made by phone or BAC's and can still be posted out to you.

Please bear in mind we are still working with a smaller team, therefore we aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
