From first sketch to final hallmark
Initial Consultation
We sit down with our master jeweller to talk through your vision — the metals, the gemstones, the budget, the feeling. Every commission begins by understanding exactly what you want to create.
Design & Sourcing
We source your gemstone through our worldwide network and present a photorealistic CAD design for your approval — before a single piece of metal is touched.
3D Modelling & Prototyping
An exact wax or resin prototype is produced from the approved design, so you can hold and try your piece before it’s cast in precious metal.
Crafting & Handover
Our craftsmen set, finish and polish the piece by hand. It’s then independently valued for insurance, hallmarked, and presented to you in a Tiago gift box.

Wedding rings, made to match
Found the engagement ring but nothing quite right to sit beside it? We design wedding bands to complement what you already wear.
If your engagement ring is raised and “wedding-ring friendly”, a straight band sits neatly alongside. If it’s shaped, we’ll craft a band that fits perfectly against it — using whichever of the techniques below suits your ring best.
Specialised techniques
Wax Carving
We book your engagement ring in for around a day and carve a custom wax band to fit perfectly around it. The quote is worked out from the weight of the wax.
3D Scanning
Our 3D scanner captures your engagement ring digitally, so we can design the wedding ring around it in CAD — with far more detail and intricacy.
Swaging
We cast a plain band in your chosen width and profile, then gently hammer a curve into it around your engagement ring (about 20 minutes in-store). It’s then polished, or made ready for diamond setting.
