This policy explains how Tiago Jewellery (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you visit our website or get in touch. We are the data controller for the information we hold about you.

When you send an enquiry or sign up to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and message. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings or commissions, and — if you have signed up — to send occasional updates about new collections and events. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies & embedded content

We use essential cookies needed for the site to function. With your consent, some pages load embedded content from third parties — Google Maps and Street View, and YouTube video — which may set their own cookies. You can accept or decline this when you first visit, and embedded maps will only load once you have given consent.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries, including our email provider (Resend) and our hosting and database providers. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Embedded maps and video are provided by Google and YouTube under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
